Order Processing and Shipping Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times:
Product Handing Time: 1-2 Business days
Domestic (within [Country]): 5-10 business days.
International: 10-20 business days.
Shipping Rates: These vary depending on item size and fragility, though we do our best to maximize value and efficiency for our customers and pass our best possible rates on to you.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $80.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@ivytoller.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item in question. We will promptly review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement.

 

Replacement Policy
We believe in making things right for our customers without the hassle of returns - especially since most of our items are created when ordered, and therefore custom to each users. Therefore, we offer a generous replacement policy:

 

Eligibility: Replacements are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Process: To request a replacement, email us at ivytoller@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Conditions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have already been processed.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
